In addition, because the synthetic slag is strongly alkaline slag, deoxygenation and desulfurization, can be completed in a few minutes in the furnace diffusion deoxygenation needs dozens of minutes to complete the task, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid deoxygenation and sulfur.
1. The purity of the pre-melting refining slag is high, the chemical composition is uniform, the phase is stable, the melting point is low, the slag forming speed is fast, and the refining time can be greatly shortened;
2. Fluorine or a small amount of fluorine in the pre-melting refining slag can reduce lining erosion and effectively reduce the pollution of fluorine to the environment;
3. The lower the melting temperature of the premelted refining slag, the higher the superheat, the better the fluidity and the faster the desulfurization reaction.
Sintered refined slag has more advantages than premelted refined slag
