It is suitable for ordinary carbon steel, high carbon steel, high and low alloy steel. It has already been mature in foreign countries, such as South Korea, Japan, Europe and the United States and other developed countries.

No fluorine, no erosion of furnace lining and ladle; Compact structure, non-absorbent, easy to store storage bin; Because the phase is stable and the slag is formed fast, it can reduce the dust pollution to the steel plant and stabilize the refining process. No hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon and other impurities, to improve the quality of steel.

Usage:

When it is mainly deoxidized, it is directly added to the bottom of the package before taking out the steel. The amount of adding is determined by the carbon content of the end molten steel, and is usually added by 4-6kg/1000kg steel; 1/4 of the steel before joining the conventional ferromanganese, ferrosilicon, aluminum; After the steel is taken out, the carbon structure steel is connected with conventional manganese and ferrosilicate, and no other alloy or aluminum feeding wire is needed. The molten steel in the package only needs to be refined by blowing argon. Using this product to deoxidize, carbonizing agent (silicon carbide) dosage can be reduced by 30-50%.

When desulfurization is the main method, 1/3 of Dacron is added in advance at the bottom of the package, but it should be added at the impact position of the steel flow at the bottom of the package.
