1. The refining slag shall be finely ground;

2. Prevent molten iron from carrying slag, and avoid MnO and FeO in refining slag and furnace slag to reduce efficiency;

3. The injection rate should be properly controlled;

4. Due to the characteristics of heat absorption and low temperature during the decomposition of refining slag, it is necessary to maintain a high molten iron temperature;

6. Increasing alkalinity not only improves Ls, but also improves the mass transfer coefficient of desulphurization of refining slag within a certain range;

7. Increase the temperature to improve the sulfur diffusion coefficient in the refining slag;

8. The mixing tank increases the reaction area between molten steel and refining slag to accelerate desulfurization, increase the mixing strength, or increase the diffusion coefficient. When the electric furnace slag is mixed out, the boundary area increases by about 20 times within 2 minutes;

9. In order to accelerate the desulfurization of molten steel by refining slag, it should be carried out under the condition of high alkalinity and good deoxidization of slag steel, so as to ensure a high desulfurization rate;

10. It should be explained that the desulfurization and deoxidization reaction of the refining slag to the molten steel is carried out simultaneously, and good desulfurization effect can be achieved only under good deoxidization conditions.
