Usage:

When it is mainly deoxidized, it is directly added to the bottom of the bag before discharging steel. The addition amount is determined by the carbon content of the steel at the end point, and is generally added by 4-6kg/1000kg steel; 1/4 before steel, add ferromanganese, ferrosilicon and aluminum routinely; After the steel is produced, the carbon structure steel is routinely added with manganese and ferrosilicon, no other alloy or aluminum feeding line is needed, and the molten steel inside the package only needs to be blown with argon for refining; The amount of carbonizing agent (silicon carbide) can be reduced by 30-50%.

For desulfurization, 1/3 of the usage amount of dacron should be added to the bottom of the package in advance, but it should be added to the impact position of the steel flow at the bottom of the package; With the outflow of steel, add 2/3 of the quantity; The amount of steel used is 6-8kg/1000kg, depending on the sulfur content at the beginning of the steel tablanyuan and the effect of use.
