The molten steel refining slag is suitable for refining deformed aluminum and aluminum alloys, and can effectively remove oxidized inclusions and hydrogen in the melt. Precautions for molten steel refining agent:
1. The refining time is prolonged with the increase of aluminum melting amount.
2. The speed of powder feeding is controlled by opening the size of the switch at the bottom of the refining tank. The principle is that there is powder ejected within the refining time range.
3. It is appropriate to insert the end of the refining pipe into the depth of liquid aluminum in the furnace at 2/3. Move it around before and after, and do not touch the wall and bottom of the furnace to prevent blocking of the pipe.
4, through the control of nitrogen pressure to control the liquid aluminum billowing height, the principle is in the premise of not blocking the pipe, the billowing height is smaller as well, the better control is below 15mm.
Molten steel refining slag products in the effective removal of liquid aluminum slag gas, used for refining pure aluminium and aluminium alloy (except high magnesium alloy), flux of H2O content is low, liquidity is good, can effectively in addition to gas, slag, smoke less, can maintain a good working environment, can reduce the labor intensity of workers, the product quality is stable, slag produced by dry, easily separated from metal, improve the utilization rate of the metal.
